The Weil 2L Diversity Fellowship Program is designed to increase the number of diverse attorneys who want to pursue careers at Weil.

Enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school and have successfully completed the first semester of the first year of a full-time J.D. program
Intend to practice law in a city in which Weil has a U.S. office

Weil 2L Diversity Fellows will receive a gift of $25,000 non-renewable scholarship for their third year of the law school. The scholarship is contingent upon accepting an offer of summer employment at Weil. Weil 2L Diversity Fellows will receive the balance of $25,000 scholarship gift upon accepting a full-time associate offer with Weil after the completion of their 2L summer.
